This programme, organised by Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited in partnership with the Digital Policy Office and the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau, underscores their dedication to strengthening cybersecurity resilience in Hong Kong.
Following the success of last year’s programme, the 2026 programme will continue to target three categories of participants, with the overarching goal of nurturing the next generation of cybersecurity experts while enhancing the collective ability to counter cyber risks.
The Digital Policy Office, the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau of the Hong Kong Police Force and the Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre are co-organising the “Innovate with Grace, Peace in Cyberspace” AI-Generated Four-Panel Comic Contest. This Contest aims to inspire creativity by encouraging participants to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to create simple and easy-to-understand four-panel comics. The goal is to convey important cybersecurity messages, raising public vigilance against cyber threats and promoting preventive measures through an engaging and enjoyable experience.

It divided into the Open, Secondary School and Primary School categories and the entry deadline is May 3, 2026.
